Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian: Vegetarians who consume eggs & milk but do not consume meat, poultry, fish and seafood.
That is going to be me starting today, Sunday the 29th of September and going until next Saturday. I have nuts and cottage cheese and beans for protein, I have sh*t tons of veggies and I feel good about this. Yesterday, bent over on the floor of my bathroom while the room swung unceremoniously side to side, I thought, “If I live I am cleaning my vessel out and I am becoming serious about what I put in my body again.” So here I am and I survived what I am 90% sure was a peppermint overdose. So, I am looking at the fact that we have eight weeks until we slam into Thanksgiving and all that that means. lol Eight weeks and I want to be back at my A game when it gets here. I don’t really have a reason other than deadlines and goals work well for me so…
Week 1 – Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian!
I was thinking of setting a workout goal, thing it I just want to not feel as horrid as I do right now. I can’t think of running or anything like this. I also mused the thought of setting up all my weeks, but I think if I want this to work it’s best to be flexible. I have a lot of races coming up and I have the girls’ school and I have a friend from Oregon coming in for two weeks… Lord, be with me. That’s a lot – now do you see why I’m not trying to go all OCD and make a weekly list!
