I’ve been all up in the kitchen today!

I’m in a pretty good place right now, food wise. I am using my race this weekend to shake myself into moving more. I’ve been moving, but it’s been lame. I told myself, “Fine, self, take some time and figure it out.” My goal is a pound a week for the next six months. Doable and fun. Also, I am getting back to speed building for my running. I may just be aiming for a PR at my annual 10K – what?
