tg (1)I am so going to prove it to myself that I can do this the healthy way. I have been so lost, knowingly letting myself down. I refuse to do that going forward. I will step out and get myself back!

This post is actually about a weekend day, but it is still and important post because it displays several things: I am attempting to workout and not go nuts. I am always push, push, push. However, when you work out often you have to also pace yourself. Easy days, hard days, and it is even more important to switch the workout. I’m also eating cleaner, being more mindful of sugars and carbs. This day was a healthier, but still eh day. I am building on it!
