Weight Loss Wednesday!!!

Here it is, the very first WEIGHT LOSS WEDNESDAY!!! So, how did I do? I lost TWO pounds! I know! I ate, I had fun, I was careful but not crazy – and I lost weight! I am now six pounds from the start of this and eleven pounds from my first goal of 17 pounds lost!

I also played with foods this week and one of the things I liked, but will continue to tweak was a seafood salad type dish, like Subway’s, for a sandwich!
